This incredible adventure takes us to the hottest, driest, and one of the most colorful
places in the Western Hemisphere. We start this adventure at the ghost town of Rhyolite, a
gold mining town that sprang up, flourished, and died almost as quickly. This is a part of
the real untamed west when men were rowdy and the women wild.
Then we proceed down a unique twenty-mile entrance to Death Valley
through the amazing Titus Canyon, which turns into a slot canyon at the bottom.
We then travel to the sand dunes, miles of drifting sand; you'll think
you're in the Sahara Desert. Our next stop is the Devil's Golf Course, a salt lake that is
so irregular only the Devil himself could play here.
Furnace Creek Ranch Resort is a great rest stop where we view old wagons
and relics of the past. Artists drive is a wonderful and colorful experience where you
will have lots of opportunity to get more photos of this amazing area.
Badwater is the lowest place in North America - 282 feet (85m) below sea
level, with an incredible display of standing salt water surrounded by colorful mountains
and desert.
We then travel up out of the valley to Zabriskie point and Dauntes View,
two spectacular overlooks that bring this adventure to a breathtaking close.
A truly remarkable tour!
